3. Term
This agreement starts on and runs for months. It renews for the same period unless either party gives 30 days’ written notice before the end date.
4. What Pharez will do
- Build the menu from the content the Client provides and share a draft within working days of receiving complete content.
- Host the menu, keep the dashboard available and fix faults reported by the Client within 2 working days.
- Make up to menu updates per month on request (if the Client does not edit them itself).
- Provide support by WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 8:30 to 17:30.
5. What the Client will do
- Provide accurate menu content, photos and prices, and keep allergen and ingredient information correct.
- Keep dashboard passwords private and tell Pharez when team members change.
- Pay the fees on time.
6. Terms of Service and Privacy
The Pharez Menu Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (pharezmenu.et/terms.html and /privacy.html) form part of this agreement. If they conflict with this page, this page prevails.

Ethiopian law applies. Disputes are settled first by discussion, then by the courts of Addis Ababa.
