No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera and the menu opens straight in their browser — no app, no account, works on any Android or iPhone.
Can I keep my printed menus too?
Yes, and most of our clients do at first. We design your printed table cards and digital menu together, so you can run both side by side and phase out reprints on your own timeline.
How do I update a price or add a dish?
Message your Pharez contact the same way you already do for print orders — WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. We push the change live, usually the same day.
What if my restaurant's internet is unreliable?
Only your guests need internet — they're using their own mobile data to view the menu. You don't need Wi-Fi on-site for the QR menu to work.
How is this different from a generic QR menu app?
Most QR menu apps hand you a generic dashboard and leave you to build everything yourself.
